This page describes what the website currently does. Sections marked “Pending approval” will be completed with AEP’s reviewed policy text; until then they make no commitments beyond what is stated.

1. 1. Information we collect

   The quotation and inquiry form asks for your full name, company or organization, email address, contact number, solution category, project location, project requirements and preferred contact method, together with your privacy consent.

   The form also uses two anti-spam measures: a hidden field that should stay empty and the time the form was opened. These are used only to filter automated submissions.

2. 2. Purpose of processing

   Pending approval

   Inquiry details are used to respond to your request, prepare quotations and discuss the solutions you asked about.

   Specific business purposes, correspondence practices and any further use will be documented in AEP’s approved policy.

3. 3. Data sharing and processors

   Pending approval

   Inquiries are delivered by email to the AEP team. The approved policy will list the email and hosting providers used and any other recipient categories.

4. 4. Retention and security

   Pending approval

   The website does not store inquiries in a database; the form forwards them by email. Retention periods for that correspondence and the security measures applied will be stated in the approved policy.

   Data subject rights and complaint mechanisms under applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, will be explained here once reviewed by AEP’s designated privacy officer or legal representative.
